What Elizabeth says about this tour: New Zealand represents cool climate winemaking at its finest. Long renowned for Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir but many other outstanding varietals perform well here. The terroir of New Zealand vineyards are mainly on flat alluvium and aggradation gravels - and luckily for the lover of wine and travel located in remarkably beautiful locations, such as Central Otago, Marlborugh, Martinborough, Hawkes Bay and even Waiheke Island. The food and wine experience of New Zealand is truly outstanding.
