Reviews of 12 Day Must Do New Zealand Vacation Package

I was going to plan the trip myself, and I found First Light after searching the internet for itineraries. Kirsty responded to my inquiry and after a few emails and phone calls to gather information, she worked diligently to create an itinerary that worked perfectly for us. The pacing, activities, accommodations, rental cars, and recommendations were all spot on! We loved our New Zealand adventure- the scenery, wildlife, hikes, tours and guides, all of it!!

When we started to look for a company to plan our travel to NZ, we were concerned that we would inadvertently find a fly by night company and commit hard earned dollars that would disappear. First Light had great reviews but we also knew that you can pay for people to write false reviews online. It also seemed like all 5-star reviews were a bit suspect. We took a chance and reached out and talked with Anna.

Anna was quick to respond and listened to what we were looking for and sent us a few agendas for us to review. We worked together over time to make it just right. Once we got to town, we had a few self-created glitches and Anna was quick to reply and help out.

We had a great time and First Light Travel was completely legit. We would recommend highly.

I loved the itinerary, and the service at First Light Travel. It made everything so fuss free, and the detailed itinerary was so helpful in assisting us - from the time to reach certain places, to reminding us to call to confirm certain attractions - it was all very clear for me when I look at the itinerary every morning. The prompt email responses was also so great, and I don't have to worry about having to send reminder emails or waiting long to get the answers I needed. Louise, Katarina, Gina and the team were all so helpful! Thank you so much. 

Natalie of First Light Travel did an awesome job with our accommodations. No doubt we will work with her again. We plan to visit NZ / Aotearoa again in the near future since NZ has a lot to offer to see and do. Having a printout of our Travel Itinerary really helped. Instructions were just about spot on.

We've never experienced a private transfer from the airport before and Marquee Limousines did a great job. Our driver was the first person we came in contact when arriving out of the airport, so with his ease, we felt that our vacation was off to a good start. Loved how he gave us insight of New Zealand's people and places. Budget vehicle was perfect size and smooth driving. Ferry ride and accommodations were perfect. Hotels/Motels were comfortable and nice with cozy beds. Really liked our first and last hotels.
